As of August 2017, SF-based real estate brokerage Pacific Union International has merged with Partners Trust. Joined with the John Aaron Group and Gibson International, it is now the largest independent real estate brokerage in California.
This change includes a rebranding of Partners Trust, so look out for “Pacific Union Los Angeles” on our for-sale signs throughout the city.
Nick Segal, former chief executive and founder of Partners Trust, has also been named president of Pacific Union Los Angeles. We’re so proud of Nick for heading up this exciting new chapter of Partners Trust!
“Pacific Union’s launch in Los Angeles is a truly historic move that unites L.A.’s most esteemed and highest-producing real estate professionals under one name with best-in-class technology, marketing, data, and research,” Segal says. “This dream team of 900 real estate professionals sharing core values and a commitment to teamwork, trust, and innovation will provide the absolute best client experience possible. And we now all proudly share the same company name, Pacific Union International.”
With this new merger, Pacific Union International has more than 1,700 real estate professionals across 51 offices throughout Northern and Southern California. Southern California alone boasts 20 offices across greater Los Angeles, will cover the areas of Malibu, Beverly Hills, Downtown, the Westside, Northeast L.A. and the San Fernando and San Gabriel Valleys. This will make it even easier to help our clients find their dream home or office throughout California. All the real estate brokers can work together to ensure we have the best options for our clients.
Pacific Union LA already has about 625 active listings of homes, condominiums and commercial properties for sale, so check out the site and see what strikes your interest! The website will be your new go-to destination for new listings, as they’ll go there first before they hit the Multiple Listing Service.
Segal explained, “We’re exploring innovative ways to further market our properties before they go into the MLS. we have an opportunity to create an off-market platform that matches buyers and sellers faster.” Who doesn’t want the real estate process to go faster?
“We’re already using our private social enterprise network ‘The Loop’ and many of our professionals actively pre-market properties via the company website, but there’s an opportunity to do more and create something that the marketplace hasn’t seen yet,” Segal said.
Pacific Union has already launched websites in 20 different languages to help our clients around the world settle in the California sunshine.
I’m thrilled to be part of this new venture that will better serve our clients and help those across California and beyond buy and sell their homes easier! Please let me know if you have any questions, and I look forward to all the work we’ll do this year!
